I have been so busy dealing with mundane but essential tasks recently, but managed to make time over the weekend for things I enjoy doing.
So, I did my first print! And I love it!
Really surprised and satisfied with how it turned out 🙂 I had been thinking for a long time about presenting the cheeky-looking Willie (or Willy) Wagtail on print, which I find to be a good medium to express it. Finally got down to doing it on Sunday.
Willie Wagtail is one of Australia’s most widespread species. They appear to dart around wagging its tail from side to side (so its name suggests) while foraging, as if like a gossip-monger as the Indigenous believe it to be. This behaviour makes it hard to miss.
